TRR is a CONFIDENCE BUILDER! The TRR volunteers were outstanding in helping  me discover that as a visually impaired veteran I could enjoy outdoor activities. Learning adaptive kayaking was energizing and also provided me the understanding that there are different adaptive sports I can participate in as a visually impaired person.

 The friendships built with the volunteers, veterans and their family members, during this TRR clinic were amazing. I did not want this week to end! Our extra activity of zip lining in the mountains gave me the insight to an area of my life I have been beating myself up over for many years. Now I will begin the work to release that heavy burden.  Life changer. Thanks TRR Volunteers!
