What are river reps?

The River Reps program is designed to inspire, train, and motivate people to get active and stay healthy during the quarantine. TRR will host Facebook Live workouts on Wednesday (Hump Day) at 12 noon EST and on Friday Fun Day  at 12 noon EST.

Commit to training and exercise and earn a t-shirt designed by Josh Thurmond of the TRR Denver chapter.

PLEASE NOTE: If you or your vets and volunteers have not been working out, please check with your doctor before you start this exercise challenge. A telemedicine visit may be an option for you. Moderate physical activity, such as a brisk walk, is safe for most people. We can count steps too.
