This year Team River Runner is collaborating with Disabled Sports USA to host a TRR Adapt2Achieve Conference in Deep Creek, Maryland(previously the TRR Leadership Conference).

Each chapter will receive a maximum of two complimentary registrations. We recommend that you send a main POC within your chapter and a participant who has taken on or is interested in taking on a leadership role within your chapter, however other combinations are certainly welcome.

All expenses are covered including food, lodging, and entertainment with the exception of your transportation to and from the Deep Creek area. While at the event transportation is provided.

The goal of this conference is to provide educational opportunities both on and off the water. Administrative seminars, trainings, and ACA certifications will be offered. This Conference will bring together chapters of Disabled Sports USA, Team River Runner, and experts in nonprofit management and adaptive paddle sports instruction into a setting where networking is fostered.

Arrival is Sunday, June 2nd, with the programming starting on Monday June 3rd. The TRR A2A Conference will come to an end on June 6th where we'll begin our regular "TRR Rendezvous" which will wrap up on Sunday, June 9th.

The Team River Runner Rendezvous is a fun reunion held in Deep Creek Maryland which brings together participants and their families, volunteers, and staff from Team River Runner Chapters across the Country.

Registration will open April 12th. As we can only accommodate 80 people for this event, we initially invite 2 people per chapter plus their family members to attend. There will be a waiting list for any additional volunteers/Veterans/families from your chapter. Starting May 6th we will begin inviting those from the waiting list.

All expenses are covered including food, lodging, and entertainment with the exception of your transportation to and from the Deep Creek area. While at the event transportation is provided.

The arrival date for the Rendezvous is no sooner than June 6th and will conclude June 9th. Throughout the event, many sports and activities will be offered including flatwater and whitewater kayaking/rafting, mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, geo cashing, go karts, movies, arcade games, and more!

This is a time to push your boundaries, meet new lifelong friends, and HAVE FUN!!

This is a week long course focused on achieving ACA Level 3 and 4 Certification held on rivers in Colorado. ACA Instruction provided by Kent Ford. Trip leaders Dave Robey and Brian Woods.

This paddling leadership clinic is tailored towards getting vets with visual impairment on the water. Through instruction participants will be able to learn to paddle Class 2 and 3 white water and progress to instructing other vets. Clinic is held in Montana

The grand daddy of them all! This is a 16 day, raft-supported wilderness trip on the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. This is an advanced kayaker trip requiring a solid, consistent roll.
Available for use, there, will be hardshell kayaks, inflatable kayaks and a raft.
The Idaho Salmon clinic is a good prerequisite.
The water is cold, the air hot, the scenery beautiful, and the friendships fantastic; all making for a life-long memory for participants.
With 16 days to paddle BIG water, your skills will shoot through the roof.

Executive Director, Joe Mornini is the 2013 Grand Canyon Clinic leader.

This trip will be a multi-night, raft supported, camping, kayaking and rafting trip. Kayakers should be comfortable on Class III rapids. Duckies will be available, too, for newer paddlers. This will be a great chance to be exposed to a wilderness overnight trip and serves as a prerequisite for the Grand Canyon trip.
