Flexible arrival and departure dates.

There is an allocation of two veterans (and their family members if desired) to join us for our 4th annual TRR Rendezvous! The fun will mainly take place on the man-made whitewater course at the Adventure Sports Center International (ASCI) in Deep Creek, MD. There is opportunity to participate in many other activities such as hiking, golfing, fishing, swimming, rafting, etc. Lodging will be at Garrett College in dorm rooms. Don’t let the word ‘dorm’ fool you the rooms are very pleasant and clean.

The three main goals of the Rendezvous are:

1. Get the wounded warriors/veterans and their families BUTTS IN BOATS ensuring there is enough safety for all.
2. Creating lifelong friendships between TRR participants and volunteers from chapters across the Country.
3. Promoting leadership skills for the Veterans so that they can help with on water and/or administrative positions when they return home to their local TRR chapters.

All expenses are covered during your stay except for Transportation to and from ASCI(Adventure Sports Center International) in McHenry, MD and alcohol. You may put in a request for financial support if needed, just know that TRR has very limited funding.
